Project Scope
Anomatic Corporation used multi-color anodizing to produce a two color aluminum razor handle for a major U.S. consumer products company.

Challenge
The customer wanted a consistent two-color finish for their aluminum razor handles that was cost effective. They could not achieve this using their in-house anodizing capabilities.

Solution
Anomatic sourced vendors for screw machining and centerless grinding. To ensure superior quality and reliability, Anomatic used a custom conveying anodizing system. They used bright anodizing for the first finish and matte anodizing on selected machined areas for a second finish. This produced the desired two color finish and color consistency across all parts. Anomatic used this process to produce 10's of millions of units over 10 years. "Challenge solved!
