Anomatic Timeline/History

1965:

Anomatic Corporation was founded in Chicago by William C. Rusch. At the time, Anomatic was the first of its kind in the country to design and utilize an automated assembly line machine in this industry.

1967:

The unique and innovative Anomatic system was patented.

1970:

Expanding markets for Anomatic’s products requires increased capacity. Anomatic moves its operations to Ohio.

1990:

Anomatic’s Newark facility opens to accommodate increased growth. This facility currently operates eight state-of-the-art, high volume anodizing lines.

1995:

Anomatic adds metal fabrication capability to offer a one-stop-shop approach to customers. Over the next eight years, 15 high-speed presses are purchased and installed.

1999:

A new, fully integrated manufacturing software system (ERP) was implemented, providing full MRP capabilities and supply chain management opportunities for customers.

2002:

William C. Rusch retires as CEO and President of Anomatic. Today, William B. Rusch serves as Anomatic’s Chief Executive Officer and President.

Scott L. Rusch is appointed to serve as Anomatic’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Sales.

Today:

The Anomatic plant is highly modernized and continues to grow not only in size, but also in terms of new innovations and techniques to serve primarily the cosmetic and toiletry markets.
