- Anomatic anodizes aluminum components, a process by which an
oxide coating is formed on aluminum to provide a corrosive resistant and decorative
finish.
- Anodizing releases few toxins, uses almost no heavy metals
and uses chemicals and materials that are easily recycled.
- Anodizing creates an incredibly brilliant and reflective surface
as it easily adapts to specific color and shape requirements.
About Anomatic …
- Founded in 1965.
- Opened new facility in June, 1990. Anomatic’s Newark,
Ohio facility is 132,000 square feet and currently operates eight state-of-the-art,
high volume anodizing lines.
- Anomatic also offers its customers a vertically integrated
anodizing process with metal stamping and decorating processes.
- Anomatic supplies components for major cosmetic accounts such
as Revlon, Estée Lauder and Mary Kay.
- In 1999, a new fully integrated manufacturing software system
(ERP) was implemented, providing full MRP capabilities and supply chain management
opportunities for customers.

- Three hand hot stamping machines (1 vertical, 2 horizontal)

About the Anomatic team …
- Anomatic is a non-union plant, employing 400 hourly and 40
salaried personnel.>
- Training for ISO 9002 registration is underway.
- All Anomatic employees have met safety training requirements
of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
