Utilizing deep draw and progressive die stamping methods; Anomatic Corporation offers high volume precision metal stamping. We work with a variety of different materials including aluminum, titanium, brass, copper, and stainless steel. For each job, we design and manufacture custom tooling depending on the needs of our client. Anomatic is completely vertically integrated and design, manufactures and develops all of its own tooling in its Connecticut Metal Forming Center of Excellence. We provide a number of stamping features, including embossing, rolling and beading, side piercing, and stepped cans. Throughout the process, we maintain the highest level of precision by holding tolerances down to ±0.002 inches on the length and ±0.0005 inches on the diameter.
